Return and Refund Policy

At Goblin Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we specialize in factory-sealed hobby boxes and trading card products, we maintain a clear and transparent return policy to ensure a fair and secure shopping experience for all collectors.

If you need to return an item, please review our guidelines below.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Sealed & Untampered: The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. Factory-sealed hobby boxes, packs, or cases must have their original shrink-wrap, seals, and packaging intact and undamaged.
  • Altered Items: Due to the volatile nature of the trading card market, any items that have been opened, searched, unsealed, or tampered with are strictly ineligible for a return or refund.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

5. Refunds Process
