1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the UK.
2. Order Processing & Transit Times
Our shipping process is split into two parts: handling time and transit time.
- Order Processing (Handling Time): 1–2 business days. This is the time it takes for us to verify your payment, securely pack your hobby boxes to prevent corner damage, and hand the package over to our delivery courier. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- Shipping Time (Transit Time): 3–5 business days. This is the time it takes for the shipping carrier to transport your package from our facility to your delivery address in the United Kingdom.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 4–7 business days from the date your order is placed.
3. Shipping Rates
We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing.
- All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.
- There are no hidden fees or surprise charges applied to your delivery.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been packaged and handed over to our shipping courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey directly via the carrier’s tracking portal.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation email.
5. Secure Packaging for Collectors
As fellow collectors, we know that box condition matters. We pack all hobby boxes, tins, and trading card products securely using protective materials (such as bubble wrap or packing paper) and sturdy outer boxes to minimize the risk of dents, tears, or crushed corners during transit.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed beyond our estimated delivery windows, or if your items arrive damaged due to courier handling, please contact us immediately.
