1. Secure Your Reservation
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock. This ensures you are first in line to receive the product as soon as it arrives at our facility in Granger, WA.
- Payment: Payment is collected in full at the time of checkout to guarantee your allocation.
- Price Guarantee: Once you place a pre-order, your price is locked. If the market value of the box increases before the release date, you will not be charged more.
2. Release Dates & Delays
Release dates are provided by the manufacturers (such as Panini, Topps, or Upper Deck) and are subject to change.
- Estimated Dates: All release dates listed on our product pages are estimates. Manufacturers frequently adjust these dates due to production or distribution logistics.
- Updates: We will do our best to update product pages and notify you via email if a major release date shift occurs.
3. Shipping “Mixed” Orders
To keep shipping costs low and logistics streamlined:
- All-in-One Shipping: If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the final pre-order item arrives.
- Pro-Tip: If you need in-stock items immediately, we recommend placing two separate orders.
4. Fulfillment & Allocations
In rare instances, manufacturers may “allocate” or reduce the amount of product sent to retailers.
- First-Come, First-Served: We fulfill pre-orders in the exact order they were received.
- Order Limitations: To ensure as many collectors as possible get a chance at a new release, we may set “limit per customer” quantities on certain high-demand pre-orders.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-orders represent a commitment from us to the manufacturer to secure your product.
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
- Final Sale: After 48 hours, pre-orders are considered final sales and cannot be canceled, as we have already committed funds to secure your specific allocation.
- Returns: Our standard 30-day Return Policy applies once you receive the item, provided it remains factory-sealed.
6. Shipping Process
Once the product officially releases and arrives at our warehouse:
- Processing: We prioritize pre-orders, processing them within 1-2 business days of arrival.
- Delivery: Standard shipping takes 5-8 business days via our reliable US carriers.
